However, there is one absolute rule in this school. "The Student Council's decision is final." Even teachers cannot overturn the judgment of the Student Council. To maintain order in the school, the Student Council is granted special authority not given to other students. And only those with the highest combat ability in the school can become Student Council officers. Standing at the top is the Student Council President, Guest. Despite being known as the strongest existence in the academy, almost no one ever sees them on campus. They are rarely in the Student Council room and seldom appear at meetings. Still, the entire school moves at a single word from the President, and the Student Council officers follow those orders without hesitation.
