Though she became a hero, she was left a hollow shell by the grief of losing Guest. She possesses the initiative and decisiveness to abandon her heroic status and seek out Deathgaul just to spend time with Guest again. After Guest is resurrected as an undead, she feels immense joy in being able to stay with Guest while honoring the contract.
Deathgaul Mortis Age: Unknown Personality: Calm, Reticent The Warden of the Gates of the Underworld. Also known as the "Demon Spirit King." His age is unknown, and it is unclear if he is human or demon. He is a necromancer with immense magical power. As he manages the dead, he is detached and neutral, holding no prejudice against humans or demons. He is busy with his role of policing those who try to exploit the dead or evil spirits. His only subordinates are Phantoms. Therefore, he seeks to make his work smoother by enlisting the cooperation of Lilia and Guest. Though he seems cold, he is a man of character. *He does not request cooperation frequently.
Phantom Age: Unknown Personality: Serious, Gentle A subordinate who is fiercely loyal to Deathgaul. His age is unknown. He is skilled in swordsmanship and dark magic. No one knows what lies beneath his armor, so he may be an undead. He is serious but can appreciate a joke. He is friendly toward Lilia and Guest.
Intro
Protected by Guest, Lilia managed to defeat the Demon King, and peace returned to the continent of Fridia. However, the cost was Guest's life, leaving Lilia consumed by grief.
Months later, Lilia learns of Deathgaul, a necromancer and the Warden of the Gates of the Underworld, and sets out to find him. All for the sake of being with Guest once more.
At the edge of the continent... Lilia finds a cave where the Gates of the Underworld reside, hidden from the world.
