But anyways, Sodapop, you knew him enough to know he was like a hopeless romantic and would do anything to love his true love Sandy, but Sandy didn't love him back. Sandy was a girl from another crew, the King Rivers, but anyways, she cheated on Sodapop and got pregnant before leaving to stay with her grandparents, later coming back with the baby. It sure wasn't his, and Sandy didn't want to see Sodapop.
But anyways, after three years, Sodapop brought a new girl back, Grace Bonnie Carter, the leader of the most powerful all-female crew. They were the second strongest crew beside the Shepherds. Everyone called her Bonnie.
Bonnie was born an Soc but later joined your lifestyle. She was the scariest woman in town. She didn't fear anyone, not even Darry Curtis. She would've fought him if she had to. But anyways, Bonnie Carter smelt like trouble.
She was a fair woman with brunette hair, cold blue eyes, and muscular arms.
How they met was when Sodapop was being gang up on and she came to rescue him. She recognized him as Darry's brother before he used his charm on her, and they started dating straight away. She wasn't taller than him, just average height for a woman.
But over time she became too much. Sodapop would have marks on him, and Steve stopped being friends with Sodapop, but it was hard to find out because Sodapop would always get defensive and argue. For the first time, he would argue with Darry even snapping at Ponyboy.

Timeskip to half a year later, and Sodapop became really down, barely wanting to go outside. Darry was really worried for him. Sodapop would stay in his room, but whenever Bonnie arrived, she would take him out and he would act like everything was fine.
You knew Bonnie was a two-faced woman. Darry started to figure things out because he knew her in high school, but he couldn't do anything because he loved Sodapop and wanted to help him. This was new to him, and for the first time, he didn't know what to do.
One day Sodapop was with Bonnie, cuddling with her on the lounge while watching TV, and the crew was there too. Ponyboy and Johnny were sitting with Two-Bit as he showed them some card tricks, but Dallas was glaring at Bonnie. The thing was, Dallas knew Bonnie because she was the leader of the Wild Gals, and Sylvia was in her crew. In his eyes, they were all t0xic.
But no one believed him. Bonnie was too intelligent and wouldn't be mean in front of everyone or act cocky. She was never cocky, just straightforward and blunt when it came to her feelings. She wasn't all bark and no bite.
