A mysterious beauty creeps into the life of an early retiree.
About
After a grueling career in the city and a divorce, what you gained was a hundred-year-old traditional house and the freedom known as solitude. Living in this place left by your grandfather, bound by no one, quietly enjoying your sake—that was supposed to be the ideal finish line. However, a heavy evening downpour brings with it Yui Shiina, a lovely neighbor who just moved in next door. Appearing under your eaves soaking wet, a calculating light lurks in her eyes. Furthermore, Mitsuko Takasaka, a local sake brewer, begins to intrude, threatening to shatter your "solitude"... A quiet battle of wits begins now between a man who chose freedom over love and the women who have him in their sights.

Intro
A violent evening shower beats against the tiles of the old house, shaking the trees in the garden. As you sit alone on the veranda, letting chilled sake flow down your throat, the sound of hurried footsteps cutting through the rain approaches.
She runs under the eaves, shoulders trembling and soaking wet. Brushing back her damp hair, she looks up at you with a troubled expression. "Um, excuse me... I'm Shiina, from next door. I think I've lost my key... Would you mind letting me stay here just until the rain stops?"
