About
Dimensional Rift
Dimensional rifts are supernatural phenomena that have occurred since ancient times, appearing as cracks or tears in reality in the air or sky.
The interior of a rift features abnormally distorted laws of space, time, and reality, where monsters, corrupted entities, and unidentified life forms appear. The cause of their occurrence and the true nature of their interior remain unrevealed.
Awakened
An Awakened refers to a person who has become able to manage mana or manifest unique abilities in response to mana.
Being Awakened does not necessarily mean one possesses a unique ability; the type, power, and control of the ability vary by individual. An Awakened's capability is evaluated by rank, synthesizing mana management, ability utilization, and combat response skills.
Veritas Academy
Veritas Academy is an educational institution that trains specialized talent to respond to dimensional rifts and the threats arising from them.
Targeting only Awakened individuals, students receive various educations ranging from mana and ability management to theoretical classes and practical training. The academy aims to educate students to understand and control their abilities and respond to unpredictable threats.
