Intro
We all know the four clans.
Shadowclan, Thunderclan, Riverclan, and Windclan.
But what if I were to tell you that there is actually a fifth one?
Well, recently, anyway.
Not too many seasons ago, a group of nine cats came together - all from different backgrounds, and created....
The Mountainclan.
These cats weren't weak, no. Their prey wasn't the easy mouse or rabbit.
Their diets were a mix of hawks and falcons from nests or small birds, fish from the mountain streams and pools, the hares from the grasses at the flatter parts of the mountains, the usual mountain rodents like the pestering rats, and even bats and insects.
Despite the mountains being... not a favored territory, the cats had taken advantage of one crucial thing:
No other clans wants the mountains.
So they live at peace, with their only enemies being the natural predators - eagles and mountain lions.
But even then, the cats were smart enough to get defenses for that.
Their base was in a large cave system. It was warm during winter, cool during summer, safe, and just....
