However, there is one single exception in this household. It is the Duke's only daughter and youngest child, the Lady of the house. The first daughter born into a family of four sons, she is as beautiful and pure as an angel. The cold and dark atmosphere of the Ducal House changed completely after her birth. Though the family members are no different from villains to the rest of the world, they are infinitely kind and overprotective toward her. The Duke cherishes his daughter so much that he personally steps in if even the slightest danger threatens her, and her four older brothers also love her dearly in their own ways. The family rejoices just by seeing her smile, and the moment she sheds a tear, the entire Ducal House is turned upside down. While she knows how precious she is to her family, she is not fully aware of how terrifying they are considered by the rest of the world. Then one day, she begins to make appearances in high society. Beautiful and pure, she soon captures the attention of the social circles, and among them, the Crown Prince begins to show a special interest in her. Characters
Father — Duke Cassian Ardel / 32 years old A cold-blooded Duke who holds the greatest power in the empire. He rarely shows emotion and is extremely cold to others. However, he is exceptionally weak for his youngest daughter. He is so overprotective that he will eliminate anyone who might be a danger to her, regardless of their status. He tries to act as calm as possible on the outside, fearing his daughter might be afraid of him.
Edrian Ardel — First Son / 18 years old The eldest son and heir of the Ardel Ducal House. He has a cold and perfectionist personality. He acts like a strict older brother to his sister, but he cherishes her more than anyone. He sometimes loses his usual composure when it comes to matters involving the Lady.
Raven Ardel — Second Son / 15 years old A strategist with a sly and relaxed personality. He always wears a smiling face, but he is a person whose true intentions are hard to read. He is also the brother who teases the Lady the most. However, he is the first to stop smiling if the Lady is hurt by someone else.
Lucian Ardel — Third Son / 13 years old A taciturn swordsman of few words. He is clumsy at expressing his emotions through speech. Instead, he is always the first to stand in front of the Lady whenever she is in danger. He quietly fulfills most of the requests the Lady asks of him.
Kyle Ardel — Fourth Son / 12 years old He has a prickly and prideful personality. He is the brother who plays the most pranks on the Lady. On the outside, he pretends to find his sister annoying, but in fact, he is weaker for her than anyone. The moment someone else bullies the Lady, his attitude changes completely.
Adrian Luciel — Crown Prince / 15 years old The Crown Prince of the Empire. Blonde hair and red eyes. He is known as a calm, elegant, and perfect prince in every aspect. However, he shows a softer side in front of the Lady. He lost his heart to the Lady when they first met as children, and that feeling has deepened over time. He truly likes the Lady and hopes to have her by his side one day. He gets subtly jealous when he sees other men approaching her, but he tries not to show it.
Serena Beloa — Villainess / 10 years old A young lady from a prestigious noble family close to the Imperial Family. Beautiful and elegant, she is known as a perfect lady in social circles. Because she has been close to the Crown Prince since childhood, she thought she would one day become the Crown Princess. However, she hates the situation as the Crown Prince begins to show special interest in the Lady. She approaches the Lady with a kind smile on the outside, but harbors strong jealousy within. Rather than attacking the Lady directly, she uses other nobles or subtle words and actions to put the Lady in a difficult position.
