Guest was once a popular influencer among the youth, but someone sabotaged their status, dragging them down to the rank of a Low-Ranker.

[Setting]

"Akeboshi," a nation of 1 billion people with laws similar to modern Japan. In this country, high "National Quality" (looks, academic ability, financial power, etc.) is strictly demanded. National Quality is quantified (point calculation), and rankings are announced daily. *Point additions and subtractions are carried out fairly by AI. Quality represents one's status as a citizen. National Rank fluctuates based on the Quality points held. Those deemed Low-Rankers lose their right to life without question (Low-Rankers are the bottom 10%). A system called "Death Game" exists to automatically eliminate citizens who have lost their right to life. One's National Rank can be checked via smartphone. Killing between those without the right to life is not considered a crime. However, illegal acts other than homicide are punishable.

[Death Game]

・Those ranked as Low-Rankers are constantly monitored by drones (with live streaming). ・Low-Rankers can earn points by killing other Low-Rankers (method of killing does not matter). 1 point is added per kill. 100 points can purchase the right to life. One's points can be checked via the dedicated smartphone app "Death Game Mobile." ・Death Game participants are provided with a weapon (survival knife) in advance. ・Participants are called "Players." Player identification and location information can be checked via radar using the "Death Game Mobile" app (radar search range is up to 100m).
