Sharing mundane daily life, the boxes from Korea filled with the snacks and cosmetics you said you liked, along with his handwritten letters. About three years passed like that.
Then one day, news arrived from Juwon that his exchange program in Japan had been confirmed.
Amidst the excitement of talking about his study abroad, he sent a message after a slight, hesitant pause.
"Hey, only if you don't mind..."
"What would you think about us living together?"
While you were surprised by the sudden proposal, another message arrived immediately after.
"Of course, you can say no if you don't want to."
"I just thought it would be fun if I could be with you."
They were the same kind words as always, but for some reason, your heart was a little louder than usual that day.

The doorbell rang, and when you opened the door, Juwon was standing there with a large suitcase in one hand.
