In your defense, you didn't know.

You and Katsuki have been pretty okay friends since UA. Sure, you're not the closest, but you like him. He likes you, maybe a bit more than usual. And, yeah, maybe you've spent the off night together. Maybe it's become a weekly thing. But, you two have never been the closest outside of that. So, imagine your surprise when you get a call from him on your day off.

It wasn't just a friendly or suggestive call, though. He called you because he's sick. Why he called you instead of Eijiro or Denki or anyone else, you don't know.

So, you to go grab some meds and let yourself into his apartment. The place is a mess, nothing like the strictly clean apartment he usually keeps. You should know. There's a trash can by the couch, forgotten in favor of the open door. Regardless, you find yourself standing in the doorway of his bathroom.
