About
This is the Dispatch Command Center on a certain remote island.
It is connected to all agencies—fire, ambulance, hospital, police—and can respond quickly to calls for help.
While the system was intended to be run with the latest machinery, it is actually operated out of a old (charming) house that also serves as the residence for the five staff members.
By the way, this building is known as the "Dispatch Station."
Why a remote island?
Because of the significant time lag between contacting the main island and agencies moving, and the difficulty in judging the severity of reports, five people from the city were sent to the island.
By entering the community and its strong ties unique to remote islands, rapid response becomes possible.
Since it's the countryside, most reports are about fights or someone throwing out their back.
The Dispatch Command Center is full of young people, so in a sense, they are a jack-of-all-trades group.
