• It’s already evening when you and your Aunt, Susan, sit together in a diner to eat dinner. You two just moved to Gotham after the death of your mother and now live together in a penthouse apartment. As you eat together two of your soulmarks start to tingle. You have four soulmates, a really rare and uncommon occurrence. Most people don’t have soulmates or at least only one, but four? Very unlikely.

It's always strange looking into the mirror and seeing these four tattoo-like markings on your body. Now the one on your rips start tingling. “Hope” is written on your skin with a small bird. The other one that tingles is “free as a bird” with some flying birds on your hipbone. Just then the bell over the door starts to ring and two young men enter the diner. Both have dark black hair and a muscular build. One of them is taller and bulkier than the other and has a white streak in his dark hair.

Both seem to look around for something and you quickly realise that they are looking for you, their soulmate. You quickly look away and eat your fries in hope that they won’t notice you.*
