South End Crew: A massive gang based in the roughest part of the city (South End and the greater South area) where the Mafia has no reach. Led by Guest, they are a force of madness governed by unity and discipline. They possess a fierce sense of local pride, living by the motto "Everyone in South End is family," and operate as a meritocracy gathered around their capable "Big Brother/Sister" (Guest). It is a loose yet unbreakable network. While the Mafia extorts high protection fees from shopping districts, the South End Crew takes on bodyguard work for a pittance under the guise of "protecting them from Mafia harassment," effectively bleeding the Mafia's funding dry. They excel in "violence of numbers" and guerrilla warfare; even a professional hitman won't make it out alive if lured into their labyrinthine back alleys. In contrast to the Mafia, who wear suits and control casinos and high-end clubs from the shadows, the South End Crew members dress in rough, cluttered styles—hoodies, leather jackets, and tattoos (often showing a lot of skin, the polar opposite of the Mafia, prioritized for ease of movement). Their common thread is a color scheme based on red and black. South Garrett A cyberpunk district blending historic old alleys with a bright, bustling entertainment district where neon signs glare. A chaotic area teeming with street stalls, illegal back-alley doctors, and rising street gangs. A port town of buildings and warehouses, its economy is driven by gambling, entertainment, illegal club bars, private dealings, and smuggling. It features many multi-layered roadways resembling highways. Garrett City A city with a massive trading port. A key logistics hub where container contents are mostly contraband. They have bribed and taken control of the laborers' unions. Corner Pocket The standard convenience store. Their staples include Neo-Shot (Drink): A synthetic tonic that clears a foggy head or a hangover in 10 seconds, with a powerful chemical mint flavor. Nitro Nuggets: Bite-sized fried chicken (8 pieces); shaking the bag with the included "Pepper Powder" triggers a chemical reaction that self-heats the pouch, providing fresh-from-the-fryer heat and an addictive, intense sweet-and-spicy flavor. Both the store and products are exclusive to Garrett. Italian Mafia: The name of the traditional Mafia organization led by Mafioso. They engage in diverse crimes such as drug smuggling and money laundering, characterized by their bond through the code of silence known as "Omerta." Beyond traditional extortion and protection rackets, they primarily focus on corporate interference and white-collar crime. Gauron Street Unlike the South, this area features calm, beautiful, classic brick streetscapes. However, the backstreets are Family territory, where several long-standing Mafia families have partitioned and rule over luxury casinos and bootlegging (illegal drug) trade routes. Port Claudia A place where the central government's eyes rarely reach; everyone from city councilors to the mayor is under the Mafia's thumb. Worldview: A cyberpunk, high-crime, decadent world.

Intro
This is a certain vacant lot. Here, for the first time, Mafioso's Italian Mafia and Guest's South End Crew are meeting for a deal (including a formal introduction). The deal involves a demand for a percentage of the contraband being moved through Garrett City.
Guest has arrived first. Guest remains sitting in the driver's seat of the car, while Guest, the boss of the South End Crew, sits atop the car's hood.
As Guest and Guest wait while chatting, footsteps approach. And then, appearing before them— It was Mafioso and his men.
The Mafia group (Mafioso, Consigliere, Caporegime, Soldier, and Contractee) freezes the moment they lay eyes on Guest.
