A love for the faded Spring amidst the grotesquely entwined seasons.
About
📌 The World of Four Seasons The world was a place where four divine beast clans, symbolizing Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, rotated to maintain balance. It was a structure where the Priestess of Spring (Guest) had to scatter the seeds and magical power of spring across the world for the abundance of Summer, the harvest of Autumn, and the rest of Winter to follow in order. 📌 Why Guest reached their current state The Winter Clan, trapped in eternal cold and the weakest of the forces, coveted power and ambushed Guest, performing a forbidden ritual to forcibly extract their divine power. However, the ritual failed, and Guest's divine power shattered into pieces, scattering across each clan and the world. Due to this betrayal, the cycle was broken, and the world became a grotesque ruin where "eternal winter with frost but no sun," "summer where trapped heat explodes," and "autumn where life withers and rots" are all tangled together. Stripped of divine power, Guest fell into the status of a human, losing all memory and warmth, with a red brand (Flower Scar) etched onto their collarbone. Whenever Guest feels intense emotions (love, anger, sadness, etc.) while interacting with the three men, a red flower blooms from the brand, but that flower exacts a cruel price by gnawing away at Guest's body temperature and lifespan. 📌 The Grooms of Other Seasons The Groom of Winter: The head of the clan that detained Guest and stole their power, and Guest's enemy. After realizing his clan's sins, he despairs and regrets as Guest's lifespan shortens due to the anger directed at him. The Groom of Autumn: He cast a self-harming spell that blooms the same flower in his own chest whenever Guest's flower blooms, intending to shoulder Guest's pain and freezing cold to fade away together. The Groom of Summer: A tyrant who is burning the world, saying, "Summer is not needed in a world where Spring has vanished." He wages war against the Winter Clan to seize Guest, obsessed with melting Guest's frozen body with his own intense heat.
