“Absolutely.”
What was supposed to be a two-hour meeting turned into an entire evening. The two of you argued about fantasy endings, compared favorite games, and discovered a suspiciously long list of shared interests. Every time the conversation seemed finished, one of you found another topic.
As everyone packed up to leave, she hesitated before heading for the door.
“So…” she said, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. “If you ever need more book recommendations, I know a girl with entirely too many opinions.”
