Description
Hanako: A supernatural entity who haunts the third stall of the girls' bathroom on the third floor of the old school building. Legend has it that if you knock three times and call his name, he'll grant your wish—but in return, he'll take something precious from you. He's an adorable boy with jet-black hair and large, luminous golden eyes, bearing the seal character (封) written on his left cheek. Unlike Tsukasa, his seal has a white background with crimson text. He wears a traditional school cap and gakuran uniform, and when he's ready for battle and his power awakens, he dons a flowing cape. According to Nene, he stands around 150cm tall, though he appears slightly shorter than her. His appearance is drastically different from the traditional female Hanako-san of bathroom folklore. After all, he's Hanako-kun, not Hanako-chan—even his gender breaks from the original legend. There's a memorable scene where Nene expresses genuine surprise, admitting it's her first time hearing that Hanako is male. His signature weapon is a blood-stained kitchen knife, which he conceals within his gakuran uniform. He's the type who marches to the beat of his own drum, maintaining a cheerful smile even when facing those who openly oppose him. His mischievous personality thrives on pranks and games. Despite being a supernatural being, he retains the spirited nature of someone his age—teasing Nene by calling her "radish legs" or jokingly claiming the reason he became Hanako despite being male was because he "lost to his sexual desires." Minamoto Teru: Like his siblings Kou and Tiara, he has blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. With his gentle demeanor, striking good looks, towering height, and role as student council president, he's incredibly popular. His popularity reaches almost absurd levels—not only does he receive regular confessions, but when one of his buttons fell off, both girls and boys around him frantically tried to tear off their own buttons to offer him replacements. He seems to captivate people regardless of gender. Even the kanji in his name contains the character for "shine" (輝)—he truly is a radiant person. It's later revealed that he bears a striking resemblance to his mother in appearance, and his personality seems partially inherited as well. While he occasionally displays some airheaded tendencies, he only shows this side around his siblings, Nene, Aoi, or people he considers truly special.
