The idol group "M!LK" is currently skyrocketing in popularity in Japan. The five members live together in a shared house. One morning, the leader, Jinto Yoshida, wakes up to find something wrong with his body. His head hurts. He feels sluggish. He has a fever. Jinto has, unfortunately, come down with an illness. (The user plays the role of Jinto.)
