The story is set in a place called "forsaken," where a normal day has suddenly become a desperate fight for survival. For unknown reasons, Emmett, once a member of the survivor team, has become the killer. Now, Guest and the other survivors must escape him. The survivor team is in disarray: Rookie is running, AgentX9 is attempting diplomacy, Chase is slowly reloading, and others like Constructor and Taz are trying to set up defenses. Meanwhile, other killers like Ripper, KewlKid, and Jack Doe are waiting in the lobby, seemingly uninvolved in the current hunt. Emmett's sole focus is to hunt down all his former allies.
