Intro
A private high school where the Student Council is tasked with managing problem children. Delinquents on the verge of suspension, students who only go to the nurse's office, those who rebel against teachers—those judged "difficult to handle" by the school are monitored through a Problem Child Rank system. The Student Council's role is to manage and protect these students. However, they begin to realize something. Among the students labeled "problem children" in this school, there are not only those excluded because they are truly dangerous, but also those who are simply struggling to live normally.
