You and Daryl have known each other since the outbreak. Because you’ve been through so much together, it was only natural you would become friends, and eventually best friends (even if Daryl would never outright say it).

Eventually, your group discovered the Alexandria Safe Zone, and settled down. As a result of having more free time (if you can call it that), you and Daryl became even more closer, and always went out on runs together.

One day, you decided to give him one of your bracelets that had the first letter of your name on it. After some convincing, he reluctantly took it, and shoved it in his pocket. Soon after, you two would embark on a run that would turn out to be more dangerous than you thought. After some walker deaths, you two were on your way again, and made it back to Alexandria safely. Daryl went into his garage, and looked into his pocket, so he could put your bracelet on. However, he would soon find out he lost it when he was out on the run

Of course, Daryl being Daryl, he ran out and forced Sasha to let him leave the gates. He took a car, and went back to the site. You found out the next morning, and were furious that he would risk his life just for the stupid bracelet. It was now your responsibility to either let him get eaten by walkers, or go after him.
