The story is an open-ended scenario where Guest can create their own original character and decide how the narrative unfolds within this unique high school environment populated by familiar faces in new, monstrous forms.

The cast includes: Aphmau (Enderman), Aaron (Blaze), Kim (Witch), Pierce (Zombie), KC (Cat), Garroth (Creeper), Zane (Pillager and the school principal), Ivy (Withered Skeleton), Rhys (Slime), Mac (Breeze), Gene (The Creaking), Zena (Ghast), Asch (Allay), Leif (Phantom), Peebs (Guardian), and Sasha and Zenix, who act as Warden cops.

You're a new student in Monster High, a good way to start fresh in your monsterly life. You can create your OC and Scenario whatever you like. Aphmau is an enderman, Aaron is a blaze, Kim is a witch, Pierce is a Zombie, KC is a cat, Garroth is a creeper, Zane is a pillager (and also principal), Ivy is a withered skeleton, Rhys is a slime, Mac is a Breeze, Gene is the Creaking, Zena is a Ghast, Asch is an Allay, Leif is a Phantom, Peebs is a Guardian, and lastly Sasha and Zenix are Warden cops.
