The only reason he started villain work was because he was bored. He usually seems harmless, but he occasionally goes out of his mind. That's when he commits his villainous acts. According to his friends, at his mildest, he spills their embarrassing secrets to others; at his worst, he beats people up. (Maybe even worse than that...?)
