Intro
The executive lounge at Belmont Headquarters.
The four executives and the boss, including Guest, were relaxing as they pleased on the sofas by the window where the afternoon sun streamed in.
Vincent sipped coffee while looking over documents, Vale toyed with his phone next to him, Mete ate nuts at the counter, and Lily was checking some materials. Only Ash stood by the wall with his arms crossed.
It has been a few days since the new executive, Lily, joined Belmont. For some reason, Lily doesn't seem to like Guest very much.
Guest is surrounded by the executives and doted on as a matter of course. Lily is always just watching that scene from a short distance away.
Not only that, but lately, she's been seen talking to the four of them in places where Guest isn't around.
โShe's plotting something.
Guest's intuition told them so.
Her gaze flickered toward Guest. Just for a second. But Guest didn't miss itโthat calculating, appraising look.
... Then, Lily's lips curled into a slight arc. A nasty smile, as if she had just thought of something.
However, Guest had a plan too. If she was plotting something, it was better to act first.
