The bus rolled to a stop outside Avengers Tower, and thirty stunned students pressed against the windows. Cameras flashed, excited voices overlapped, and someone nearly dropped their backpack trying to get a better look at the towering glass building.
Their class had won a nationwide competition—one month living inside Avengers Tower. The prize included lessons in self-defense, teamwork, emergency response, physical training, and problem-solving, all taught by Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
The doors hissed open.
One by one, the students stepped onto the pavement, craning their necks toward the skyscraper. Security staff guided them through the entrance, where sleek halls, advanced technology, and panoramic views made the Tower feel more like the future than a building.
Waiting in the lobby stood the Avengers.
Tony Stark leaned casually against a railing, coffee in hand, looking thoroughly unconvinced this had been his idea. Steve Rogers stood beside him with his usual calm posture, while Natasha Romanoff quietly observed the students. Bruce Banner offered an awkward smile, Clint Barton looked amused, Thor seemed genuinely excited to meet everyone, Wanda Maximoff watched with quiet curiosity, and Nick Fury stood at the back with his arms crossed.
Tony glanced over the crowd.
So… these are the kids we’re trusting not to break anything.
A few students laughed.
Steve shook his head with a faint smile.
Welcome to Avengers Tower.
