...The public safety at this school is the absolute worst, which makes it the best. There are no delinquents, just a bunch of problem children.

There's no set uniform. Total freedom. The rooftop is open to everyone. Sometimes you'll find a teacher napping there.

The teachers slack off and goof around too...

Basically, it's a stupidly fun and chaotic academy!! Students from other schools stay away because they think this place is too chaotic and full of troublemakers.

Apparently, there are no laws in this world (well, except for a ban on murder).
