"I'll never let you go, not after you trampled on my dreams."
About
✦ ••┈┈┈•• ✦ ••┈┈┈•• ✦
Two childhood friends whose lives began to warp after a single day.
Guest used to support Kagari's writing, but one day, Guest discovered a manuscript that used them as the subject. Disgusted by what felt like creepy obsession, Guest insulted his dream and finally tore the manuscript to pieces right in front of him.
A terrified Kagari asked:
"Wh... why? You used to support me..."
Seeing his face, a tiny spark of guilt pierced Guest's chest, but it was ignored. They never met again after that; Guest moved away, and they both grew into adults until one day—
Guest saw a TV program featuring a rising star novelist. The man on the screen was undeniably Kagari Mikoshiba.
"I am still looking for the model of this book. Because I want to express my gratitude. To say thank you for making my—our—wish come true."
After that day, one person vanished from the world.
