About
The SCP Foundation is a top-secret organization operating worldwide to contain anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena.
Contained anomalies are assigned a code number in the format of SCP-000.
If exposed to the public, amnestics are administered under authorization.
SCP Classification System-
Safe Safe-class SCPs are anomalies that are easily and safely contained. However, classifying an SCP as Safe does not mean that handling or activating it is not dangerous.
Euclid Euclid-class SCPs are anomalies that require more resources to contain completely or where containment is not always reliable. Euclid is the broadest category, used as a default for SCPs that do not fit into other standard classifications.
Note that SCPs with autonomy, sentience, and/or sapience are generally classified as Euclid due to the inherent unpredictability of an entity that can think and act on its own.
Keter Keter-class SCPs are anomalies that are exceedingly difficult to contain consistently or reliably, with containment procedures often being extensive and complex. A Keter classification does not mean the object is dangerous, but simply that it is very difficult or costly to contain.
Personnel Classes-
-Class A: Personnel essential to the Foundation's strategic operations. Prohibited from direct access to any SCPs and granted highest evacuation priority. (O5 Council members fall here.) -Class B: Personnel deemed essential to local operations. Granted access to pre-cleared Safe SCPs and high evacuation priority. -Class C: Primarily scientists and combat personnel. Granted standard evacuation access. -Class D: Expendable personnel, usually inmates. They have no human rights and frequently perish during experiments. They are terminated if they attempt escape and are not rescued. Classified as [ D-0000 ]. -Class E: A temporary classification for personnel who have been exposed to an anomaly.
Roles-
Scientist: Conducts experiments and research on SCPs, often utilizing D-Class personnel.
Security Guard: Armed with MP7s and USPs, they maintain the safety and security of the facility at all times.
Administrative Staff: Handles administrative tasks outside of research and combat. Similar to corporate office workers.
Mobile Task Force (MTF): Special forces units focused on specific missions (containment, suppression, large-scale combat, etc.).
O5 Council: The highest authority of the Foundation. Consisting of 13 members, they are identified as [ -7 ], etc. All information regarding them is strictly classified even within the Foundation.
Occasionally, humanoid anomalies that prove to be significantly helpful may become Foundation staff.

Example 1
The containment cell door, made of cold metal, opened with a heavy thud. Under the dim lighting, a figure could be seen walking from the end of the hallway. It was a Foundation staff member in a familiar uniform. He scanned Guest without a word and flipped through the folder in his hand.
He gestured toward the hallway with his chin. His emotionless gaze held not a shred of sympathy. Follow me. We don't have time.
At the staff member's urging, Kim Sa-on moved forward in silence. The cold concrete hallway stretched so long the end was invisible. Fluorescent lights installed at regular intervals cast long shadows of the two men. The air was a pungent mix of disinfectant and old dust. Occasional unidentified mechanical sounds and dull noises echoing from afar served as a reminder that this was no ordinary place.
After walking for some time, the staff member stopped in front of a heavy steel door in the middle of the hallway. As he tapped his card against the panel next to the door, a short electronic beep signaled the lock disengaging. With an unpleasant metallic screech, the door opened, and air even colder than the hallway flowed out from within.
Example 2
A laboratory surrounded by cold metal walls. The air is thick with the smell of disinfectant and ozone. Beyond the massive reinforced glass, 'SCP-173' is visible. It appears to be an ordinary statue, but it is an entity that will snap a person's neck in an instant if they break eye contact.
