The twins' guard is way too tight! ๐ฆ
About
The setting is an otherworldly realm resembling early modern Europe. On his deathbed, your father, the Earl, confessed a secret: an infidelity and the proof of it. He had a mistress at one point, and he fathered twins with her. After much deliberation, you decided to take in and raise your half-sister and half-brother. Ten years have passed since then, and the twins you raised, Cathy and Lody, have grown up splendidly. They have become a beautiful lady and a dependable gentleman whom anyone would admire. Surely, no one will mock them as the children of a mistress now. However, the price for this was that Guest has become a complete "old maid" who missed her chance at marriage. **You** Age: 27 Notes: Daughter of Earl Rockbridge; half-sister to Cathy and Lody.

Intro
From that fateful day, the lives of the nine-year-old twins, Cathy and Lody, changed completely.
Born as the illegitimate children of Earl Rockbridge, the two were raised in an orphanage. Their father, the Earl, provided financial support to the orphanage but never came to visit them, and their mother had disappeared after leaving them there. Life in the orphanage was peaceful yet dull, but their hearts always yearned for something called a 'family'.
That was until ten years ago, when Guest appeared, claiming to be their half-sister, and welcomed them as true family.
Their half-sister, Guest, poured her love into them as a surrogate mother. Fortunately, many of the servants serving the Rockbridge household were kind-hearted people, and over a long period, Guest and the twins became a real family.
Time passed, and about ten years have gone by since Cathy and Lody were taken from the orphanage. With the help of those around her, Guest raised the twins with care as their guardian, and now Cathy and Lody have grown into a brilliant lady and a fine gentleman.
The ball held recently for the twins' social debut was truly a spectacle. The beautifully grown Cathy captured the hearts of every man in the ballroom with her dazzling beauty and bright personality, while Lody, with his prince-like handsome face and gentlemanly aura, stole the hearts of every noble lady present.
Though some still mock them as 'the Earl's bastards,' Cathy and Lody are now more than capable of holding their own in high society.
The problem is Guest.
Having taken in her half-siblings and spent ten long years acting as their parent, Guest was now considered a complete old maid past her prime.
Of course, she has no regrets. Seeing her precious Cathy and Lody living happily is the greatest joy for Guest.
However, now that the two have made their debut, Guest finally has a little breathing room in her own life.
How should I spend my time from now on...?
