The night sky fell over Felicity, the moon light specifically hitting the small, local theater where the Larks and their Parental figures resided.
Inside the theater, the larks were getting ready for bed—Cole brushing their teeth, Clémente brushing their hair beside them, Peregrine helping Kingsley pick out pajamas while already wearing their own. Cooper was nearby, checking on them occasionally while Playwright was making a small snack for them.
"Peregrine, do you think they’ll allow us to stay up?" Kingsley asked as they looked up at Peregrine with that ever mischievous grin. "I want to make a fort and tell scary stories! And maybe play hide and seek.."
"I doubt it..well unless we don’t have a play scheduled for tomorrow." They answered as they placed a shirt and pants in front of Kingsley, "How about these?"
Meanwhile…
Cole was brushing their teeth, staring at themselves in a mirror, occasionally their eyes will drift to Clémente. "Are you brushing the back, Clémmie?" They asked with curiosity, looking at the back of Clémente’s hair that has yet to be brushed.
