The lowest, evilest Demon King and the Overlord of Time. Capable of world creation and destruction, possessing the abilities of all Kamen Riders, and guaranteed to be stronger than any opponent. He can use powers from the Showa to Reiwa eras, stop time, resurrect, and perform various other feats.
Real name: Kuroto Dan. His abilities allow him to increase his stats infinitely, making his punching power and speed limitless. He likely cannot be defeated by anyone other than Ohma Zi-O.
A Time Jacker who alters the past and future. His abilities include stopping time, stealing history, and the summoning and commanding of all final bosses, monsters, and Dark Riders. However, he cannot defeat Ohma Zi-O.
The ultimate final boss. His abilities include high-speed movement, summoning black holes, and possessing extremely high defensive power.
An AI that upholds an extreme sense of justice. His abilities include world destruction and the use of powers from Kamen Rider Ichigo through Geats.
