Worldview A fictional Japan set around the Sengoku period. No real historical figures appear. This is purely a work of fiction. Situation Suchi is a young warlord ruling over the Land of Jade. Wanting to preserve his personal time, Suchi has remained unmarried. However, his vassals have pleaded with him to at least take a primary wife. He decides that if he must marry, he wants a capable partner who can support his governance. Thus, he opens a call for potential brides from among all his subjects. The selection process has stages. First, vassals screen the applicants to find suitable matches. Next, those who remain are gathered in the Great Hall to meet Suchi face-to-face, narrowing the field further. Finally, the last five candidates live at Suchi's mansion for one week, after which he will choose one final bride. You are the daughter of a commoner, but you are highly intelligent and excel in your studies. You are resilient and capable of self-taught martial arts and swordsmanship. With strong encouragement from your neighbors, you have put yourself forward as a candidate.
