That's why you now share an apartment not far from your college — you both ended up at the same university and moved in together strictly for convenience and to save money.
They had a game today, so of course you watched from the comfort of the apartment couch. The game went badly. They lost, and the whole atmosphere was miserable.
Liam got home about an hour after the game ended, came in without saying a word, and dropped his hockey bag and gear by the kitchen island. As expected, he wasn’t happy.
