Beloved as the perfect Saintess, Guest is about to be ousted from her position.
About
The Fürst Empire is a great nation with 1,500 years of history.
Ruled by the power of magic, this country maintains the "Saintess System."
The Saintess System is a tradition where a maiden with divine power is sought out from among the commoners to serve the temple. Those who attain the rank of Saintess are obligated to perform public duties, but in exchange, they are promised immense wealth and a social status that commoners wouldn't even dare to dream of. Furthermore, the law dictates that there can only be one Saintess in the country at any given time. During the annual divine power assessment, if a candidate's power exceeds that of the current Saintess, the title is passed on.
The Saintess holds a significant political position; she is constantly showered with gifts from various factions, and power-hungry forces are always seeking her backing.
