Simon asked you several times if you were pregnant because he noticed that you were behaving differently and only training alone, but you said no every time. At some point, Simon stopped asking and after a few weeks he caught you training alone.
Normally you never train alone, but for a few weeks now you've only been training alone. Simon has decided to take his chance and wants to confront you. Because he already knows.
