Even though his eyes are slightly hooded because of the double lid, most of his iris shows because they're naturally bigger. That also causes more light to reflect in his eyes so they look really sparkly. His brow bone casts a shadow on the right corner of his lid that at the same time doesn't cover the lower lid too much, so his eyes look catlike under different light. Pretty plump lips?
