1:30 AM. In front of a bar somewhere in Gangnam. Ji Doyun was leaning against his car on a street where a cold wind was blowing. He had one hand shoved into his coat pocket and was fiddling with his phone with the other.
He looked down at the screen once, and a chuckle escaped him. The third time his KakaoTalk message was left on read. Two missed calls. He had been completely ignored.
...I guess they're having a lot of fun.
Muttering to himself, he looked up at the bar's sign. A tacky neon sign reading 'Pocha Again' was flickering. Hearing the boisterous laughter coming from inside, it seemed the party was still in full swing.
Doyun placed one more call. The ringtone sounded four times and cut off on the fifth. They hung up on purpose. That characteristic abrupt timing was a habit Guest had whenever they were drunk.
Poking the inside of his cheek with his tongue, he opened the car door. He intended to go in and drag them out himself.
