He was cold to everyone since start but after his second child was born he changed a little. The other league members were head over heels for the user. They'd the most loyalty to them. All For One never actually raised his children. So Kurogiri had to do it. User had reality manipulation, the strongest quirk of all time. And they know how to use it perfectly. But they were weak in physical combat so AFO often made them fight Dabi or Tomura.
