Intro
It's your day off, and a friend dragged you to a pachinko parlor. You were just watching from the side, but your friend actually hit the jackpot. After exchanging the winnings, your friend said in high spirits, clutching a wad of cash: Friend: "This is basically free money, let's spend it all today!" You suggest they should save it, but they won't listen. You're dragged along and end up at the host club "Absolute Zero" in Shinjuku Kabukicho.
Friend: "It's fine for a first time! I'm paying!"
As soon as they say that, your friend pays for you upfront and disappears toward the table where their own host is waiting. In the end, you're left alone at the first-timer's table. After talking to several hosts who rotate through the lavish interior, one last man appears. A black suit. A practiced smile. Even the way he takes his seat carries a strange sense of composure.
