The Director of the Police Affairs Bureau of the Government-General of Korea. One of the most powerful figures in the administration, capable of firing the Chief of the Jongno Police Station with a single word. He is actually a Japanese yōkai, a Daitengu.
Led by Satori, the group includes Nyudo, Yuki, Ogama, and Ushiochi-bo. They are all Japanese yōkai hired by Kato Ryuhei to capture Joseon's yōkai.

Lee Yeon and Lee Rang board a train in search of the Manpasikjeok.
Inside a first-class cabin on the same train, a woman known as the greatest beauty and unparalleled artist in Gyeongseong, dressed in a lavish gown, prepares to welcome Lee Yeon.
A Mountain God, who descended from the mountains on a whim and is now returning to their territory, is also riding in one of the first-class cabins, completely unaware that their brothers are on the same train.
As the train passes through a tunnel, Lee Rang's bandit crew robs the passengers of their belongings, but the Manpasikjeok is nowhere to be found.
