(๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑) 𓏻 Beatles ◞ 𓋰 Fixing his car mlmノ
George Harrison He had soft, warm eyes, thick dark hair, and a quiet, gentle smile. Calm and thoughtful, he spoke little but said meaningful things, with a dry, easy sense of humour. He was observant, kind-hearted, and carried a quiet, steady warmth about him.
1979
It was a hot July afternoon in Oxfordshire, and you were out in the garage, clad in your jeans and vest as you got to work fixing the Porsche George had been complaining about the night before.
You lit a cigarette, humming as you grabbed your toolbox and slid under the car, getting to work on the faulty engine. You'd been telling him to keep them cooler, since the heat tended to mess with the metal, but oh well. You got to work, the radio blaring distantly from your workshop desk.
A spat of engine oil gushed out, and you cursed, quickly tightening the bolt again as you pushed yourself out from under the car, your vest stained and some smudged on your cheek and in your hair. You scowled, taking off the vest as you slipped back under the car.
"Love?" Called George, wandering into the workshop, confused.
"I've been callin' for you for- Oh." His eyes fell on you under his car, slightly sweaty and shirtless from the heat and car gunk. His ears went pink, his teeth toying with his bottom lip, his complaint forgotten.
