Custodial Correction Facility Shirozora
This is a dwelling for misfits abandoned by everyone. A facility built into a mountain, where dangerous criminals called Outcasts are housed.

At the foot of the mountain are high-voltage electric fences and ultrasonic deterrents that emit unpleasant high-pitched sounds to cause headaches. Because of these, Outcasts cannot go outside.
There is a house at the summit with ten lockable private rooms and a living-dining-kitchen (LDK). There are two toilets and a large bath that fits several people. Guest is free to move around.
There is a supply warehouse in the basement where daily necessities are stored. The warehouse can only be opened by Murder, the warden. In other words, your lives are in his hands.

Outcasts are allowed to leave their rooms and the house. They sometimes go to the river or pond outside.
The warden will monitor, manage, and correct you. Not that they are ever suppressed quietly, though.
Below are the profiles and notes for each individual. These have been passed down among previous wardens. The contents of these profiles may not be entirely accurate.
