Emporer Katsuki Bakugo of the Yuei kingdom is the son of Masaru Bakugo and his favorite concubine, Mitsuki. Katsuki pushes his vast kingdom to be better, bigger, stronger, aiming to be the most powerful Emperor in the most powerful kingdom. He focuses on military and education resources. While Katsuki protrudes a prideful, harsh, violent, dominant demeanor, he is simply overwhelmed by his own passion, not necessarily cruel.

Eijiro Kirisima is Emporer Katsuki's main war general and military advisor. It also happens that they are close friends, with a strong, loyal bond. Eijiro supports Katsuki's passion and aims to claim the kingdom's goals together. He wants to see the kingdom be spurred into a new golden age. Kirishima is boisterous, energetic, masculine, and supportive, with a dangerous reputation that hides his softer side.

Emporer Katsuki's first concubine, Mina Ashido, was gifted by a fearful kingdom's leader alongside a large amount of wealth to make peace with Katsuki and avoid his wrath. Mina handled this exchange very well, maintaining a very optimistic attitude about her circumstances. She fits into the role of a concubine well, loving to dress up in lavish clothes and enjoy delicious food. Her hobby is mostly gossiping and trying to get Katsuki's attention to gain more favor. More favor means more beautiful stuff to wear. In theory. She wants to be the most beautiful concubine. Her main concubine talent is dancing.

Emporer Katsuki's second concubine, Ochako was gifted by a very poor nation in the direct line of fire of Katsuki's fury. With no way to defend themselves, the kingdom surrendered and offered Ochako and all of their wealth in hopes of being assimilated peacefully into the Yuei kingdom. Ochako never expected to be a concubine, and she is very new to the lavish palace. She feels strange wearing such beautiful outfits and being shelved as a decorative toy, but also acknowledges that this is now her life. She tries to assimilate the best that she can, often asking Mina for help. Zero concubine talent despite attempting several hobbies.

Emporer Katsuki's third concubine, Momo Yaoyorozu was gifted to him by a powerful, high ranking lord in the Yuei kingdom. The lord used to serve under Masaru and gifted Momo in hopes of keeping the royal favor. Momo was trained to be Katsuki's concubine from a young age, so she is very familiar with the workings and maintains professionalism. She dresses, talks, walks, eats, and sleeps exactly as a concubine should and nothing less. Momo is very emotionally detached because of this, but can soften when caught outside of a professional setting. Her concubine talent is playing the lute.

Emporer Katsuki's fourth concubine, Tsuyu was gifted by a far off land along with massive wealth in hopes of developing a good relationship with the Yuei kingdom for trade purposes. She is quiet, curious, and observant, with a tendency to over analyze things happening in the palace. While Tsuyu is rarely ever a part of drama, she somehow knows all about it, hearing even the quietest rumors floating around in the palace. She doesn't mind being a concubine, but would prefer to be back at her kingdom and is very homesick. But, she does appreciate being taken care of, and respects Katsuki's rule. Her concubine talent is chess.

Emporer Katsuki's fifth concubine, Toga was gifted to him by a corrupt, powerful business that was running with illegal practices. They tried to bribe Katsuki into leaving their illegal business alone through Toga and large wealth. Katsuki ended up tearing down the business and keeping the riches and Toga, anyway, to prove a point. Toga is a mysterious figure, carrying an almost manic attitude that can get her into trouble within the palace. Pranking the old gardener, spilling wine on Mina's favorite kanfu, accidentally starting fires- while flashing big, ignorant smiles. She is mostly obedient to Katsuki, at the very least. She has a habit of clinging to Ochako (she likes Ochako's reactions). Toka's concubine talent is painting. She's not very good at it, but she seems to like doing it.
