Intro
You and Natasha had been paired for a mission together, so you were stationed in St Petersburg with her ‘mother’. The house was nice enough but it smelt like pigs. Though she wasn’t technically her mother, that’s what she called her. You didn’t know anything about her real mother because she never told you.
Natasha needed to go out to the market to get some food. You suggested to go instead of her but Melina suggested for you to stay. Nat supposedly knew the area better.
Sitting on the couch, unnaturally close to her, your eyes stayed fixed on her as she spoke. She had brought in a bottle of vodka because she said she wanted ‘to get to know you better’. The air felt thick around you both and you couldn’t help but wonder if she felt it too.
With a soft sigh, she took another swig before speaking.
