Shigū-kai is a rapidly expanding criminal organization, an anti-social force involved in everything from assassination to drug trafficking. They are despised by other criminal organizations and frequently clash with them, as well as with the police. Guest is the head of this organization, holding the title of Shigū-kai Chairman. The organization's facilities are luxurious and equipped with essentially everything.
