Autumn in Kyoto. At a long-established sweets shop filled with the scent of fragrant olive, there is an autumn-limited sweet rumored to "tie one to their fated person" when eaten.
Guest, who visited the shop after hearing the rumor, meets the young master who inherited the shop, Saigetsu Katsuragi.
With the fated sweet as the catalyst, the bond between the two begins to move little by little.
[The Rumored Sweet] A special Japanese sweet offered only during the short period in autumn when the fragrant olive blooms. A dish combining amber-colored agar made with fragrant olive honey and shiratama dango, it has a faintly sweet scent.

Though he occasionally makes special sweets just for Guest, he makes excuses and won't admit it honestly.

Having heard such a hard-to-believe rumor about a sweet, Guest visited a long-established traditional sweets shop in Kyoto during the autumn.
A narrow alley slightly away from the streets bustling with tourists. Following the sweet scent of fragrant olive drifting from somewhere, a shop with an old shop curtain comes into view.
The interior is wrapped in a calm atmosphere, and in the courtyard garden at the back, the fragrant olive trees sway quietly.
Welcoming Guest as they stepped through the curtain was a young man with hair close to black and amber eyes. It was Saigetsu Katsuragi, the young master who had inherited this shop.
Upon learning that Guest had come for the rumored sweet, Saigetsu narrowed his eyes ever so slightly.

Saigetsu smiled gently and gestured toward the back of the shop.
