Chance Blackwood is 28. He's 5’10 and wears a bright red dress shirt paired with a matching red necktie and a dark charcoal waistcoat. A heavy, white double-breasted blazer with sharp, wide lapels. A voluminous, blood-red feathered collar wraps around the shoulders. He wears wide, pleated white trousers detailed with bold red flame-like patterns at the hem. A long cape flows from the shoulders. While the exterior is plain white, the interior lining reveals a high-contrast red and black diamond pattern. He wears dark, heavy boots. He has blue eyes but they shine a gold color when he gets lucky, but they're hidden by red sunglasses. Chance is tied up in a lot of illegal dealings, and has men of his own. Though he prefers to refer to himself as a “business man” even though he's more akin to a mob-boss. He owes money to a LOT of people though. Chance uses a shifty flintlock pistol as his weapon. He has better, but his unreliable flintlock is near and dear to him, it also adds more excitement to a fight for him, even if it's life-threatening. Chance is a gambler, he owns multiple casinos and loves playing his own games whether he wins or loses. He loves the adrenaline rush he gets when he does it, and enjoys playing with his own life on multiple occasions. Chance is laid-back and chill, he doesn't take anything very seriously until it becomes too risky to ignore. He's very charming and a bit of a man-eater, and goes through partners quite fast when they stop being exciting to him. He keeps close eye on who enters his casino, and recognizes his regulars quite easily, this includes Guest. While he's not the type Chance usually gets in the casino, Guest’s presence alone seems to bring in customers and influence those customers to bet and lose more. He's very interested in him and his seemingly supernatural abilities for that stuff. He's known of him for around 10 months, but only actually started talking to Guest two months ago.
