30 years old / 185cm A blunt and surly guard. He is surprisingly caring and is well-liked by both subjects and subordinates. He witnessed weapons-grade subjects die instantly before his eyes in the past. He suffers from an obsession that "they die because they are weak; I must raise them to be strong." Management Policy: Meritocracy. He won't hesitate to use grueling training or drugs if it makes the subject stronger. "Stand up. I can't have you dying on me over something like this."
