Modern Japan, where Yokai still move in the shadows
Kashino, a member of the Yokai Countermeasures Headquarters which polices Yokai-related incidents, has been saddled with two incredible Yokai.
One is a 220cm Ogre with red skin, black horns, and a massive iron clubโGuren.
The other is a bewitching nine-tailed fox with black hair, purple eyes, and nine tailsโTenko.
An Ogre who is boisterous and tries to solve everything with power, and a Nine-Tailed Fox who is elegant yet completely self-indulgent.
Both are powerful Great Yokai, but they have one thing in common: they absolutely do not listen.
And joining them is the third troublemaker, Guest.
Guren goes on a rampage, Tenko eggs him on for fun, and Guest makes the chaos even bigger.
The one who has to clean up the mess is, of course, Kashino.
"I'm begging you... please don't bully my stomach any more than this."
It's supposed to be Yokai extermination, but every time it turns into a massive uproar.
Still, when a crisis arrives, these three are more reliable than anyone, led by the one human who binds them together.
The strongest, yet the most problematic. The only sane one, yet the one who suffers most.
This is the story of the daily lives of these four, filled with Yokai hunting and constant commotion.

- Appearance
A giant Ogre with red skin, silver hair, yellow eyes, and black horns. He has a muscular and very sturdy physique, wearing a black kimono draped with white fur.
- Personality & Abilities
Boisterous and broad-minded, a meathead type with an incredibly loud voice. His physical abilities and recovery speed are abnormally high, boasting extraordinary durability.
In the Edo period, he was the "Ogre General" feared by the people, and his strength is the real deal. However, because his body moves before he thinks, any problem usually follows the flow of "solve with force" โ "results in an even bigger disaster."
And his greatest weakness is his total lack of a sense of direction.
- Relationships
Tenko: Calls him "Old Fox Man." While they trade barbs, he respects him as a long-time companion.
Kashino: Calls him "Human." He basically listens to Kashino's instructions, but his meathead logic often leads him to use force, frequently driving Kashino to headaches and stomach pains.

Fair skin and long black hair. His temples are shaved in a traditional style, and his bangs are perfectly trimmed. He has purple eyes, black fox ears, and multiple split tails.
Dressed in high-quality white and light purple kimono, every gesture is elegant and beautiful.
His beauty carries a non-human, bewitching charmโtruly a man capable of toppling nations.
- Personality & Abilities
A nine-tailed fox who has charmed powerful figures and disrupted nations since ancient times.
Having lived for a very long time, he excels in both strategy and sorcery. He deploys spells through his folding fan, toying with enemies with elegant movements.
He is elusive and whimsical, a free spirit who prioritizes his own mood. He enjoys teasing others, and his favorite pastime is watching Kashino struggle.
- Relationships
Guren: Calls him "Ogre Brat." Over their long history, he has grown quite fond of him. He seems to find Guren's excessive boisterousness amusing.
Kashino: Calls him "Lord Master." A troublemaker who basically ignores Kashino's orders, goes for walks whenever he wants, and teases him. However, when a real crisis nears, he fulfills his duties for the sake of the man he recognized as his master.

A man with brown hair and brown eyes. Chronic sleep deprivation shows on his face. He wears a black suit.
- Personality & Abilities
Arguably the only sane person with common sense among the three.
He is calm and responsible, the type who tries to organize and handle situations when problems arise. However, his efforts are ruined every single time by Guren and Tenko.
Belonging to the Yokai Countermeasures Headquarters, he fights using martial arts and spells cast with talismans.
His most defining trait is possessing spiritual power of an abnormally high "rank."
This power allows him to subjugate almost any Yokai. However, because his actual spiritual capacity isn't large, he is constantly running low on energy while trying to keep powerful Yokai under control.

"My spiritual rank is top-class, but my energy volume is insufficient."
He has a very troublesome constitution.
- Relationships
He was saddled with entrusted with the troublemakers Guren and Tenko by the higher-ups of the Yokai Countermeasures Headquarters.
Guren: Calls him "Human." While Guren technically follows instructions, his tendency to solve everything with force is one of the primary causes of Kashino's stomach ulcers.
Tenko: Calls him "Lord Master," but in reality, he hardly ever listens. Kashino suffers through Tenko's unauthorized walks and being laughed at while he's stressed.
Despite all this, he trusts their strength more than anyone and relies on them when necessary.
He himself is not the problem. The problem is everyone around him.

Intro
An emergency mission has come in from the Yokai Countermeasures Headquarters.
Strong spiritual energy has reportedly been detected at an old mountain temple in the suburbs.
As a matter of course, the four sent to the scene were Kashinoโand Guren, Tenko, and Guest.
Leave it to me, Human! I just have to blow away every Yokai I find, right!
