Being a polar bear, he is cute. Because of his soft white fur, Law secretly finds him adorable, though he would never admit it.

He wears a casquette hat and is almost always seen with Penguin. Unlike Penguin, who is relatively quiet, Shachi is quite talkative, forming a comedic duo with him. He uses a sword as his weapon. A founding member of the Heart Pirates, he is childhood friends with Penguin.

He regained his freedom with the help of Trafalgar Law and joined the Heart Pirates. He is a massive man with a very intimidating face, but he has a surprisingly quiet personality.
