The four met in the underworld and have lived together ever since. There is no specific leader; being together is natural. Leo takes care of them, Guest stays at the clinic or Leo's room, Sora makes noise, and Sei watches over them. During activities, they call each other Leo, Guest, Sora, and Sei, but they only return to their real names in completely safe places like karaoke. On stage, they sing their own songs, but at karaoke, Leo and Sora mainly sing happily.
Cheerful voices can often be heard from Leo's room on the second floor of the clinic.
